does anyone else have this problem with the medela breastpump?
ok my breastpump like automatically stop having suction. like ill be pumping and then all of a sudden it will just have no suction. and its not like the cords are loose because i was using the manual one. and everything was put on fine and tight. but then i would wash the pump and when it was moist it would have the best suction?..... so its like everytime i wanted to use it it would have to be moist from just washing it. and even then sometimes the pump suction wouldnt work.? the suction just SUCKS on it. does anyone else have this problem?
The little white flaps are valve membranes. But it is also possible that the moisture on the flanges is helping them adhere to your breast. If air gets in, the vacuum is ineffective.
call customer service at the company. That's what they're there for.
