Mouse Baby Burp
My Mouse has just had 5 babies what do I do?!?
It's her first time (Atleast I think so) and I've only had my 2 mice (both girls) for 2 weeks. I've searched up some stuff but I'm still worried she may eat them. She's all jumpity and keeps leaving her babies alone to get a drink and some food then she runs in the tunnels and comes back, she does it alot. I'm worried that little Honey (my other pet mouse, a girl) might try to help but she doesn't have the feeding ability.
What I'm trying to say is, Treacle is flinching when they try to get some milk out of her but Honey is willing to feed them but shes not pregnent and shes got no milk!
And I can't feed the little ones with cow milk OR with a dropper because they'll choke and they can't burp. So what do I do?!
They'll be fine, maternal instincts will take over in the mouse, and of course she is panicky the first time. It's not like she was expecting babies!! I mean im sure she would have used some kind of birth control if she could have!! ( tee hee!!!
