YES! That's the pump I have and it works great for me!
I used it about 4-5x/day for a couple months because of milk supply issues, and now I just use it maybe a couple times a week and I've never had any trouble out of it.
The lactation consultant at the hospital tried to tell me that I didn't want to bother with "lower-cost" electric pumps like that because they don't work well and tried to get me to use the Medela manual pump, but it HURT! I used a $180 Lansinoh pump a couple times but the suction area is rock hard and it made my nipples extremely sore.
This Playtex pump has soft silicon inserts that sort of massage the areola as it sucks, which really helps you let down. I've never been able to let down with any other pump. Just make sure you keep the parts good and clean to get the full suction out of it.
