Can I sterilize pacifiers in the Avent microwave sterilizer?
Does the sterilizer need to be full or can I put just a couple of pacifiers to sterilize?
Should I put them in a specific place within the sterilizer?

Yes, just do it as usual with the same amount of water, doesn't matter where you put them, it will work just fine.
