i dont know how to proof?
i dont know how to proof , service manager says i have no case........................but they are the one who serviced my car , he keep saying that replacing differential seal , has nothing to do with differential bearing, he insisted that the site bearings are bad but after we took out all parts (in independant service,where he was present at that time) we all saw that differential bearing was really bad. he also had tried to tell the indep mech that the car was driven only 100 miles, which was not true the car was driven 1200 miles,
i dont even know how to sue them , never had this bad exp., serv manager did not let me talk to the owner on the day of the inspection, i left the owner couple massages , but he did not call back..............my car is staying now in indep service, service mager had offered 200$ not because he admits but just from nobility as he express himself
Don't worry about it. Calm down & let it go. Just fix it yourself from now on and you won't have to bother with ill repairs for the rest of your life. =^ )
