how do you make printable cupcake toppers ?
also all the other paper crafts that you see in so many blogs and party websites, ie napkin holders, goody bag toppers, labels, and straw makers. do you need specail software? if so which ones are good.
You may not even need software for this sort of project! Look through the paper in the scrapbook section of your local craft store for motifs you would like to use. Once you purchase the paper you like, simply cut the motifs out and fix them to toothpicks/bamboo skewers cut to the right length with
adhesive tape.
